Descrição pessoal: I am a PhD in Business Administration from the School of Economics, Administration, and Accounting at the University of São Paulo (FEA/USP - Brazil). I am a Lecture at Federal University os Itajubá (UNIFEI). I was a visiting researcher at Aston University (Birmingham, UK) through the CAPES-PRINT/USP program. I earned both my masters and bachelors degrees in Administration from the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA - Brazil). For six years, I have been lecturing in technical, undergraduate, and postgraduate programs, in both remote and in-person modalities, at public and private educational institutions. I was also a Global Visiting Professor at the Universidad Tecnológica de Monterrey (Mexico). My teaching portfolio includes courses in strategy, entrepreneurship, innovation, business models, research methodology, marketing, project management, and general administration.
