The present study discusses the topic of digital accessibility on the web aimed at people with disabilities (PCD), and aimed to investigate the possibilities of accessibility of the website www.uai-online.com with a view to the criteria of recommendations for digital accessibility on the web presented by the WCAG booklet. The digital platform is a space created in order to present and share information, activities and materials about the context of inclusion in the research produced by the group "Technologies, Education and Diversity", composed of students from the postgraduate programs in Development, Technologies and Society (DTecS) and Science Education at the Federal University of Itajubá (UNIFEI). According to the last Census conducted by IBGE in 2010, the Brazilian population had about 24% of people who declared that they declared themselves to have some kind of disability and recent studies by BIGDATACORP showed that in 2019 less than 1% of government websites and not - governmental organizations had accessibility criteria on the web. With this, the relevance of the present study is verified, as it will contribute to increase academic productions that deal with issues related to digital accessibility on the web for the PCD. To achieve the objectives set and answer the questions of this work, a qualitative research methodology that collaborated with the investigations on the theme of the study was used. The data collection procedures used included: a questionnaire with students from the Information Technology (IT) area in order to understand the process of training the IT professional; a automated structural assessment seeking to analyze the technical evolution that occurred on the website; and, a complementary evaluation of the use of the digital platform, carried out by means of a video call and a questionnaire answered by the PCDs, in order to expose a panorama closer to the real regarding the use of the website. The results point out that the possible lack of content on the topic of research in higher education institutions may impact the creation of accessible software, the application of recommendations for digital accessibility criteria in the WCAG booklet made the site present technical improvements and the evaluation of PCDs can show that accessible online platforms help to minimize the barrier of access to information available on the internet.

It's believed Small Hydroelectric Plants (SHP) cause insignificant socio-environmental impacts when compared to large hydroelectric plants. However, it can consider that this fact is false. The installation and operation of these projects can generate conflicts with the population resident in the area. In this context, it's inserted the Social License to Operate (SLO). The SLO is the acceptability of a community towards the operation of a project. This license was born in the mining field, and it's given to a project when it has society's broad and continuous approval to conduct its activities. To get more visibility and to search for fairness in socio-environmental management, this work assumes as general objective: to understand how the relationships between the parties involved (enterprise/entrepreneur, affected community, and other relevant stakeholders) are laying down in the acquisition of SLO in a project of the SHP type. To achieve the proposed objective, we adopted a case study combined with a qualitative and quantitative approach and descriptive and exploratory analysis as a research design. Two kinds of data were collected: through documents available by the entrepreneur and semi-structured interviews applied to stakeholders for the case study. The methodology applied to each of these sets of collected information: for the first, we conduct a critical description out in the light of the literature and, for the second, an adapted content analysis complemented by text mining. There was some conformity of the enterprise's LSO with those present in the literature and noted that SLO is not an abstract concept and becomes a company's strategy aspect. Stakeholders reported that they don't know what LSO is and expect more benefits to the affected region. We observed that the main benefits characteristic of the SLO occurred in the phases preceding the operation of the enterprise. With the completion of the works, the relationship between the parties weakened. As the SLO foresees continuity, participatory systems, collective work, environmental protection, and social guarantee, there is a need to fulfill commitments and meet the expectations presented to promote honest paths to regional development and obtain a higher license level. We expect that this work can bring contributions to the discussion and implementation of new SLOs.

This research is contained in a set of university extension projects that were carried out and articulated by Núcleo de Pesquisa, Extensão e apoio à Agricultura Familiar e Desenvolvimento Rural – Núcleo Travessia and their partnerships that, with women rural from the rural neighborhood Peroba of the municipality of Itajubá-MG, favored an interdisciplinary discussion about the University Extension's commitment to improving the living conditions of rural women in the context of family farming. Considering the condition of women from the rural neighborhood Peroba of depreciation and invisibility in the activities they carry out in the domestic and public space, the problem of the labor that resides in the family composition and that is intensified in the local reality in which the neighborhood suffers from lack of essentials public services, we seek to study if the actuation of university extension promoted if the actuation of university extension promoted improved in their conditions life of the women rural form the rural neighborhood Peroba that participated of two extension projects realized in the years 2018 e 2019 in specific edicts of Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Sul de Minas Gerais - IFSULDEMINAS. The methodology was carried out by a qualitative investigation of interpretative nature that a cyclic and transversal way per passed by several interdisciplinary areas and used the technique of participatory research, observation, conversation, and semi-structured interviews. In the final reach of this research, we found that university extension actions did not obtain expressive changes in the domestic space because the heavy of the household chores remained under women shoulders and with their participation in the meetings during the years 2018 to 2019 the routine intensified. Other side we found that although relationships prevailed at the axiom of the sexual division of labor, the extension projects encouraged women to transform thinking and knowledge in respect of the condition of devaluation and subjection they were within the family composition. In public space, we identified that have been occurred changes in the reality of women from the rural neighborhood Peroba because the socialization spaces that were provided became a guiding tool for self-reflection and for the development of individual and collective independence. We conclude that the identified changes in the domestic and public spaces and the implications of the extension’s projects with the women's group "Mãos que cultivam carinho" contributed to the development of women's autonomy, which constituted a directive and viable action for the process, individual and collective, of improvement living conditions of women in the rural neighborhood of Peroba. Finally, considering the impacts of the whole order generated in society coming by covid-19, we recommend that future research seek to advance in the discussion of under which circumstances the university extension is present or not due the countless difficulties that woman face in the field of family farming.

Science fiction has been one of the most popular genres in literature since its emergence in the 19th century. The genre sought to look at the future, imagining new technological advances, that then seemed unlimited, which brought it closer to the literature of utopia and dystopia. After the end of World War II and the explosion of the atomic bomb, optimism in a world guided by science diminishes considerably and dystopias considered the very end of civilization through the apocalyptic and post-apocalyptic subgenres. The nuclear cataclysm remained popular in fictional works throughout the century, but in 1970s, a new threat proved to be just as dangerous for human civilization: the environmental crises. The prognosis of a collapse created a dystopian imagery as powerful as that of a nuclear war. It was also a threat to the capitalist mode of production since external limits to economic growth are established. If the atomic bomb showed the destructive potential of war technology, environmental crises call into question the same technological artifacts that allowed the optimism in the 19th century. This dissertation asks how works of dystopian fiction characterize environmental crises over the last century. Therefore, climatic dystopias are the object of study, defined as: fictional works located in the near or distant future that describe a worse society, according to the author, than that of the moment and place in which it was written and that deal with ecological or environmental issues such as the focus, or one of the focuses, of the dysfunctionality of their world. Its objective is to investigate the different critical perceptions regarding technology in climatic dystopias. To do so, it proposes to examine the history of the belief in anthropogenic climate change, to compare the dystopian character of science fiction works throughout the 20th century and to identify in these specific criticisms the technology, taking into account its historical and artistic context. In the results, it is observed that: the opposition between civilization and nature is a recurring theme in the works studied, when reflecting on alternative modes of existence outside modern industrial society; The works proved to be useful for the study of the history of environmental crises, by revealing characteristics of key moments of awareness regarding these; And, finally, there is no linearity in their criticism of technological progress, but they all manifest positions contrary to the capitalist way of life.

The use of soil-cement bricks in engineering works is considered an inexpensive and sustainable method compared to that used in conventional ways (ceramic or concrete blocks), considering that one of the raw materials used in this technique has wide availability, the manufacturing process is less harmful to the environment, in addition to its ease in the construction process. Combined with responsibility for resource management, time and environmental awareness, in Itajubá, south of Minas Gerais, there is a concern about the management of solid waste, especially glass waste, which exists in quantity in the region. In view of this, this research aims to evaluate the soil-cement bricks with the addition of glass residues, which were analyzed as to the feasibility of being incorporated into the composition of the soil-cement mixture, in order to use such residue productively, in order to be used as a new material. The granulometry tests, the Atterberg limits, density and specific mass were carried out with the soil used in the manufacture of the bricks, with the purpose of characterizing it and verifying its use in the soil-cement composition. In addition, the bricks made were subjected to tests of resistance to compression and water absorption, in which the bricks themselves were used as specimens, based on the recommendations of the ABNT NBR 8492 (2012) standard. The contributions of this research demonstrate that the insertion of glass waste in soil-cement bricks is beneficial, making technology productive and the need for viable solutions to minimize impacts on urban and rural areas, a way of optimizing the use of local resources in the implementation of future constructions using this technique.

This interdisciplinary study addresses the theme of the organization of the recycling production chain from the perspective of the activities of the waste pickers organized in an association and how the relationships with other actors involved influence the current working conditions of the group. In this context, the objective of the present study is to analyze the recycling production chain from a sociotechnical approach and seek to identify proposals for improvements in its organizational process. Therefore, this qualitative study was carried out through participant research, the data being analyzed through an adaptation of the content analysis technique, in which categories were created to carry out thematic analysis of the data. As a result, it can be inferred that the precarious conditions in the association's work involve elements of productive / financial instability, carrying out work susceptible to risks with fragile protection, absence of social security and financial limitation on the part of the public entity. The elements that can improve the work and life conditions of waste pickers are related to the reorganization of waste management, adaptation of infrastructure and production equipment, community awareness processes, in addition to contracting the association to provide services. It is concluded that the challenging working conditions are intrinsically linked to the performance of the other agents of the production chain and extend throughout the work circuit of the enterprise, in which the possible alternatives to overcome these obstacles demand the improvement of the organization of the association, as well as the accountability and involvement of the actors through the implementation of public policies that aim at the socio-productive inclusion of the category.

The research aims to analyze the professionalization policies of people with disabilities (PCD) in the microregion of Itajubá. This analysis seeks to relate the importance of the work of people with disabilities to regional development and discuss the role of Assistive Technologies in professional education. The perceptions of representatives of the main institutions that offer professional training to PCDs in the region are analyzed, as well as a sample of students and alumni with disabilities in these schools. The research is exploratory, with a qualitative approach and has field research as a means of investigation for which data are collected through semi-structured interviews. The results show that professional education has significant importance in the people with disabilities lives and generates benefits for the whole society, but it is still a distant reality for most PCD. The results also present the difficulties found for the effective inclusion in this teaching modality and indicate the Assistive Technologies that are used and created in some of the institutions, as well as the conditions that make their use effective in pedagogical practice.

The present research has as its locus the Bairro São Bernardo, located in the Rural Zone of the municipality of Delfim Moreira and where the performance of the residents was analyzed, who autonomously implemented a participatory management system for the collection and proper disposal. The applied methodology was carried out through a literature review, visitation to the neighborhood, research using semi-structured questionnaires and analyzes using the Word Cloud and Word Similitude Analysis tools of the IRAMUTEQ software. The results indicate that there is a perception of the environmental problem, on the part of the population. Although there is no clear technical knowledge involving the theme studied, the emphasis of the relationship between residents and the environment on the figurative and symbolic levels is evident, which in a great way favors the creation of spaces of autonomy that allow them to act as protagonists in their environment. The importance of the activities, now carried out, is recognized, even though the data shows that this is a slow process, since the knowledge about preservation and conservation of the environment, can be expanded in the community and its surroundings.

This paper aims to analyze, from the perspective of social development, access to education and justice, the debates and arguments between governmental and non-governmental actors (Universities, Associations, Foundations, social movements, among others), no The scope of the Judiciary Power, when judging the compatibility of the public policy of social quotas, based on the ethnic-racial criterion of the University of Brasília (UNB), with the rules that govern the Brazilian State. In this context, regardless of the different modalities of social quotas, the work will be centered on the hypothesis aimed exclusively at a black population (including blacks and browns, according to the Racial Equality Statute, Law No. 12,288 / 2010). The focus will be on investigating the performance of social actors and agents directly linked to the State, and what were their influences before the Supreme Federal Court (STF), with no intention of verifying whether the final legal act reflected society's wishes. The research is focused on the analysis of the reason for being of the norm, its teleological and hermeneutic aspects, probing how the actors involved unveiled the nucleus of politics at the highest stage of the Brazilian Judiciary, in the aspects of development and education. This central point is consistent with the study of educational legislation as a social technology that also presents itself as a determinant in the interfaces with social development. In the dissertation, in search of the objectives pursued, the qualitative methodology, based on Studies by Richardson (2017), will be used, since it will investigate the description of the arguments made available by the actors involved, in favor or against public policy, in addition to explaining the result and the final effects of the procedure for society in general. To deliver a dense and coherent research, I will make use of extensive document analysis, both written and unwritten, such as the records of the debates held at the Judiciary headquarters, compiled at the public hearings of March 2010, using a content analysis as a methodological procedure.

Although segregation and accessibility studies has advanced in recent years and academia and public planners have demonstrated considerable interest, even so these themes are treated as isolated form and for the most part in big cities and metropolises. The location of Social Interest Housing (HIS) is a big social problem in Brazil since they are allocated in places without urban infrastructure and it is remoted from public services and equipment. In front of this context, this work aims to analyze the relationship between socio-spatial segregation and accessibility in the municipality of Itajubá/MG it is going to emphasize Social Interest Housing. To perform this search, it was done a case study based on geospatial analysis in a Geographic Information System (GIS) and statistical techniques. Firstly, it was examined socio-spatial segregation and accessibility, where the result is the average of equal values obtained for each of the variables considered. The Moran Global and Local Indexes were used to test the spatial autocorrelation of two analyses, finally the Pearson Correlation Coefficient was applied to analyze the correlation between them. The results showed us that lower segregation values originate from some census areas in Centro and Pinheirinho districts, followed by other sectors around central area. Peripheral areas have higher segregation value, where there are exactly two social residentials units analyzed are found. With respect to accessibility, there is an opposite situation due to central region has higher values for the detriment of peripheral regions. The Vitória residential is situated in sector with higher socio-spatial segregation value and lower accessibility value, conversely the Esperança Residential is in second class with higher segregation values and in second class with lower accessibility values. It was pointed out that results of two analyzes have considerable spatial autocorrelation, in other words, there is a meaningful tendency for low or high segregation sectors to being contiguous to other with the same characteristic, and low or high accessibility sectors to being neighbors to others with the same results. Furthermore, they have a significant negative correlation with each other in 73% of the sectors, in other words, higher value of socio-spatial segregation in a sector, lower is going to be accessibility value for that sector, and vice-versa. The research presents practical, scientific and social implications and it was contributed to studies of socio-spatial segregation and accessibility based on multiple criteria in medium-sized cities.

The study is based on the theme of development and culture, which seeks to understand the organization of the production process of making and selling Pé de Moleque (peanut brittle) sweets in the city of Piraguinho/MG and its influences on the development and construction of local identity. The justification for the research is the possibility of expanding academic production on the micro-region of Itajubá, especially research aimed at the municipality in question. We also seek to question the meanings and concepts related to the issue of development, expanding the definitions beyond the merely economic matrix, using culture as a possibility to leverage local development. The objective is, through the actions of public managers and organizational processes of cultural policies on income generation, to identify the concepts of development and sustainability that guide the outlines of sociocultural and political-economic organization between public and private. From a methodological point of view, a field research was carried out through interviews, observation visits, photographic and image recording, survey of official and public documents, laws and newspapers, which allow the identification established in the objective indicated from the organization of cartographies of controversies, networks of relationships present on cultural practices related to the sweet peanut tree. It is expected, in addition to understanding local development trends, the organization of information that can help the direction of local producers and public authorities with regard to income generation and ways of organizing in favor of local social sustainability, because of this, this work becomes relevant as a social impact research by analyzing the production process and its effects on local development.

The sociodemographic transition, with consequent population aging, is now a global reality. This scenario, concomitant with the growing urbanization of cities, makes the State have to adopt measures and strategies, capable to stimulate the autonomy and life quality of the aging population. However, few studies have analyzed the mode how the cities are planned in view of the growing number of elderly people. Thus, the main objective of this study was to verify, through a systematic review of the literature, how urban planning in cities takes place in the face of population aging, and if the cities are prepared for the aging of their inhabitants, allowing and encouraging aging in place. The review was guided by the recommendations outlined in the Cochrane Center for Evaluation Dissemination and Collaboration guidelines. The keywords followed the description of the main terms in English for: “Aging in place”, and “Walkability”, where 57 studies were selected. The necessary results are the need for an environment that encourages social relationships in old age, maintains autonomy, and develops a sense of belonging, in addition to demonstrating that in general, cities are not prepared to old age. Furthermore, issues that encourage leisure-time physical activity, whether environmental or social, are determinant for better physical and mental health conditions, favoring the life quality. In general, research reveals that urban planning, when guided in order to promote aging in the place, can act as an instrument to maintain autonomy, quality of life, favoring better social and health conditions.

Abstract The change caused by humans’ activities in environmental areas is one of the main threats to the biodiversity. The environmental questions in the XXI Century demand that Government and society mobilize their methods and actions aim to guarantee the perennially of live, to emphasize this point in scientific speeches and in implementation plans through public policies, one of them is the creation and implementation of Conservation Units (UC, in Portuguese) that are considered, for many researchers, the most efficient strategy to guarantee environmental areas. It was aimed, in this essay, to contribute to the identification of the position of the Federal Institutions of College Degree (IES, in Portuguese) in the management’s fortification of the Conservations Units. For being very important to the contemporary world, the IES besides graduating professionals to the market, also participate directly in the public policies’ planning and the building up of researchers and citizens that can absorb the necessities of preservation and understand the importance of this concept. The Federal, from the State of Minas Gerais and some of its cities: Inconfidentes, Itajubá, Poços de Caldas and Pouso Alegre Normative’s were analyzed, that discuss about Conservation Units. Researches and Extensions from IES: Federal Institute of Southern of Minas Gerais – Inconfidentes Campus, Federal University of Itajubá – Itajubá Campus (UNIFEI), Federal University of Alfenas – Poços de Caldas Campus and Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Southern Minas – Pouso Alegre Campus, that involve Conservations Units and where pointed the Federal, State and Municipalities of Minas Gerais State’s Conversations Units studied at least. It was used questionaries that were sent to the studied Conversations Unit’s managers, for IES with the goal of analyze its contribution to the strengthening of creation and management of Conservations Units. It can be observed that there is a lack of communication between IES and UCs, that can be mitigated with the creation of seminars, scientific meetings, informative talks, the publication of research material in other medias that are not among the scientific journals, but this advance depends on the change of attitude as many researchers as managers.

The Man has always used natural resources for his survival and comfort, transforming nature according to the main and secondary needs. This use has had consequences for the environment that in protest has led to movements where professionals from various areas concerned by nature seek ways to resolve these uses and abuse. Given this scenario, this work has the general objective of comparing the national policies on the management of Conservation Units (CUs) regarding management plans in Brazil and Paraguay, using as case studies the Itatiaia/ Brazil National Park and the Defensores del Chaco/Paraguay National Park. This research is exploratory and descriptive with a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. To achieve the objective, data were collected through bibliographic and documentary analyses, where the main laws aimed at protected areas were analyzed. As a preliminary result, the laws involved in the management of these areas were verified, as well as their similarities and differences, among the similarities, the importance of social participation in the management plans and among the differences is listed in the years of creation for each Law. Thus, the participation of society in the preparation of the Plans is a positive point for protected areas to be a means of conservation and relationship with society, and the reduced financial availability for the maintenance of these areas stands out as a negative point.

The present work aims to understand how a development model anchored in a democracy of restricted freedom can contribute to the formation and, mainly, to the visibility of an authoritarian subject in contemporary Brazil. For Therefore, we will make use of the philosophical method in the perspective of dialectical historical materialism in order to analyze the relationships that present themselves in the theme in question, seeking to reflect on the proposed problems considering their link with the structure of capitalism. We will seek to analyze the relationships established between development, authoritarianism and democracy, mapping examples between the years 2013 and 2019, in order to understand how these categories relate within the scope of Brazilian society. We consider that the hegemonic development model centered on the unrestricted accumulation of capital and technological expansion are closely linked to practices that corroborate the resurgence of authoritarian actions in peripheral and semi-peripheral countries in Latin America, with Brazil being the focus of this work. A model of democracy of a restricted character acts as a mechanism for maintaining and strengthening authoritarianism, as well as for maintaining the privileges of a political and economic minority. This group uses democratic discourse for the maintenance and resurgence of a development model that accentuates the inequalities in Brazil, with measures that undermine the substantive rights and freedoms of the vast majority of the population, under the veil of preserving democracy. Allied to this, Brazil has historical particularities such as bossiness, patriarchy, gender intolerance and structural racism that are conditioning the Brazilian ways of acting and thinking. Authoritarianism and the restricted model of democracy discussed here are not opposite poles, but complementary and that are in line with the neoliberal capitalist development model.

This is a study on the know-how of women embroiderers located in the city of Pedralva-MG, in the south of the state of Minas Gerais, with the aim of understanding how the know-how of embroidery permeates the lives of participating women of the group. The proposal is justified by the scarcity of research on the subject in Brazil and southern Minas. On the other hand, it is understood that knowledge and practices are powerful to overcome the traditional and modern binarity, material and immaterial, rational and manual, individual and collective, considering culture as a field of dispute, as well as promoting development. The methodological and analytical procedures used are from anthropology, but with intimate dialogues with the sciences that study the social, technology, history, education and artifacts. Observations were carried out in workshops and meetings of the embroiderers (free listening), interviews, participation in the WhatsApp group and records in field and photographic notebooks during the embroiderers' practices. In an effort to synthesize, it is noteworthy that the links comprised by the processes and artisanal, manual and artistic productions strengthen the maintenance of people, the sense of belonging and the appreciation of life stories. Within the context studied, women embroiderers tell about their realities and make symbolic and/or material resources emerge, translating the meanings of individual and collective experiences of the context in which they operate.

The general objective of this research is to provide a social assistance diagnosis, at the municipal level, of some families registered in the Bolsa Familia Program (PBF), considering the worsening of the Covid-19 pandemic. According to the nature of the data, the research is classified as qualitative, and a field research is carried out. For data collection, a semi-structured questionnaire was prepared, which was applied to families registered in the Bolsa Familia Program. In view of the current scenario of the Covid-19 pandemic, contact was made by phone, thus following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) to maintain social isolation. With the data generated in the application of the questionnaires and with the data collected, an educational deficit passed from parents to children was identified, generating a low schooling of the family members. It was noticed that most of the interviewees did not finish elementary school, which may help to explain the high unemployment rate also analyzed in this research. With the pandemic, an increase in inequalities was identified, in which most public school students did not have access to online classes, but managed to deliver school activities in printed form. It was noted that most families did not have a computer or other similar equipment at home and that a good portion of these families had access to the internet. One way or another, it can be said that technology has been inside the homes of millions of people, regardless of their financial condition. It was also identified in the research that the main destination of the emergency aid granted in 2020 was for the purchase of food and that there was an increase in unemployment and a fall in the income of these program beneficiaries.

CAPS are health services intended for the treatment and psychosocial rehabilitation of individuals with severe and persistent mental disorders and those derived from the abuse of alcohol and other drugs. Through the complexity of the work in these institutions, due to various factors, it is verified that this activity has impacted the health of its professionals. In this sense, Ergology emerges as a proposal to better know and intervene in work situations, aiming to transform them. This approach focuses on the worker who is not exclusively concerned with prescriptions, and makes uses of himself, discusses norms and values, promotes renormalizations to achieve the objectives of his work and, mainly, to continue his life and maintain his health. It is noteworthy, however, that as CAPS and Ergology are recent phenomena, arising in the 1980s and, consequently, the association between them is still very little explored in the scientific field, this study aimed, through a integrative review, to contextualize the use of ergology in various work contexts, directing the look to the field of Brazilian mental health, CAPS. And from this, analyze the contributions of Ergology to unravel the relationship between work and health. The search for studies occurred in the Google Scholar, Scielo and PubMed databases, through the use of the descriptors ergology, mental health and psychosocial care centers, in English, French and Spanish, together with the establishment of inclusion and exclusion criteria, in which 59 field research articles were identified, included in this review. The results indicated a strong presence of ergological analysis in the work contexts related to the service sector and a lower incidence of such approach in empirical studies associated with the primary and industrial sector, as well as a limited incidence of ergological analysis in mental health and CAPS work. The contributions of Ergology to unveil the relationship between work and health in the various work contexts, including caps, are precisely in the ability of this approach to highlight human activity at work, its choices, debates of norms and values, renormalizations and, from this, discover the experiences and problems that workers are submitted to. In general, research shows that in all work contexts, from the primary sector to the service sector, workers are subjected to numerous conflicting situations that can impact their health, whether through the existence of labor risks, precarious working conditions, high demands and labor loads, among others, reflecting the strong influence of social and economic antecedent norms, work environment and the choices made by workers. It is expected that this study will enable a greater discussion about the work-health relationship, specifically in the CAPS environment, as well as to promote greater knowledge and dissemination of Ergology and an incentive to conduct more empirical research supported by this approach, especially in the contexts of mental health services and CAPS.
